This 31,000 s.f. building is located in one of the most upscale neighborhoods in Bogotá. It includes seven floors of office building and retail at ground level with underground parking. The elaborate use of traditional materials such as clay brick and natural stone are the highlight of the project being characteristic of the architecture of the City .
